Custom User Groups and Access

One of the primary purposes of the myJobs Premium platform is to provide different access level / permission level to different users.

 

This type of approach allows for the maximum flexibility within the design of the system as the client can dictate the user groups that are required for the online system along with the pages that each user group should be able to access.

 

In a sense, a sitemap is required for the different user groups within the company as each user group may have pages that are specific to just that user group.

The permissions format in the myJobs online system allows for the system administrator to create the desired user groups and then go into the page manager and select the user groups that can access the page in the system.

A page can have a single user group assigned, multiple user groups assigned or be left blank, in which case the page is assumed to be available for user groups.
